MASA Group develops simulation software products for Defense and Security markets, thanks to DirectIA, our proprietary behavior modeling engine.
You will supervise and be responsible for design, development, implementation and maintenance of new products and solutions, 3D immersive serious games or 2D constructive wargames.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, implementation and maintenance of new products and solutions
- Software development team management
- Meeting frequently with customers
Education, experience and required skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent, with proven work experience
- Very good knowledge of software development practices
- Team management skills
- Independence, leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of both spoken and written English required
